Indian Head Massage

1 hr£45

🌿 Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing and restorative therapy rooted in the ancient Ayurvedic traditions of India 🇮🇳. Known as Champissage, it has been practised for over 2,000 years, originally as a nurturing family ritual where oils and massage were used to promote wellbeing, hair health, and emotional balance 🌸 Your treatment begins with you lying on your front, as gentle, flowing movements are applied to the upper back, easing tension and helping you unwind 🌊 The focus then moves to the back of the neck and head, releasing built-up stress and calming the nervous system 🧘‍♀️ You are then invited to turn onto your back, where attention shifts to the shoulders and neck, followed by a soothing face massage to relax facial muscles and refresh the skin 😊🌹 The treatment finishes with a calming head and scalp massage, encouraging circulation, promoting deep relaxation, and leaving you feeling balanced, light, and reconnected 🌈💛

Reiki

40 mins£35

Experience the gentle, nurturing power of Reiki—an energy healing treatment designed to restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit ✨ During the session, I work with the body’s energy centres, beginning at the Crown Chakra and flowing down through the Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root Chakras, helping to bring each into harmonious alignment 🌈 Using a light hovering technique, my hands move just above the body, intuitively guiding energy to where it is needed most—without the need for physical pressure 🤲 Many clients experience a comforting warmth, tingling sensation, gentle waves of energy, creating a deeply soothing and meditative state or simply just feel rested🔥 Reiki can help to release energetic blockages, ease stress and anxiety, and support the body’s natural healing processes 🌿It encourages emotional clarity, inner peace, and a deeper connection to self 🌙 This calming treatment often leaves you feeling lighter, grounded, and beautifully rebalanced 💫 Each reiki session can be very different. It meets you where you are currently and works with what your body and soul need at that time.

What an amazing experience the Goddess Glow with Denise was. The minute I was in Denise’s company I felt immediately at ease. The treatment complimented with Reiki was deeply restorative and relaxing, I left feeling so much lighter, clearer and renewed. The oracle guidance she gave was a perfect compliment to the treatment and was exactly what I needed to hear. Can’t rate it highly enough. Thank you Denise, I will definitely be back ✨
